Join EverAI as a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the delivery of compliance and safety features across our platforms. You will translate legal requirements and user feedback into product specifications, working closely with the CTO and Legal & Safety Lead to build safeguards into new features and improve moderation capabilities.
The role requires navigating sensitive content issues while protecting users and enforcing boundaries. You will manage third-party integrations, establish safety dashboards, and conduct adversarial testing to ensure our AI systems remain safe and ethical.
What you'll do
- Translate safety policies and legal requirements into clear product requirements and engineering tasks
- Own product improvements for in-house moderation systems including proprietary LLM technology EverGuard
- Manage lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to implementation and performance monitoring
- Establish dashboards and recurring QA processes to proactively identify emerging safety issues
- Lead red teaming and adversarial testing to validate moderation responses to misuse and edge cases
- Conduct Trust & Safety reviews for new features and material changes to existing models
- Coordinate product and engineering responses to significant safety incidents and drive continuous improvement
What you'll need
- Proven ability to make data-driven product decisions aligned with legal and ethical standards
- Experience running A/B tests, experiments, or user research to shape product development
- Deep understanding of content moderation strategies including automation, ML, and human review
- Track record of working with trust, safety, and compliance requirements in consumer-facing products
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, legal, and support teams
- High comfort level using and experimenting with AI tools independently
- Ability to manage third-party tool discussions and integrations autonomously
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership without waiting for complete briefs
- Fully comfortable building products involving uncensored models and NSFW content
Nice to have
- Previous education in law or compliance
- Professional experience or strong interest in AI technologies
- Background in consumer-facing features within entertainment or gaming industries
