Join EverAI as a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the delivery of compliance and safety features across our platforms. You will translate legal requirements and user feedback into actionable product specifications, working closely with the CTO and Legal & Safety Lead.
The role focuses on improving in-house moderation technologies, managing third-party safety integrations, and establishing robust testing protocols. You will help identify risks early and build safeguards into new features while ensuring the platform remains safe and ethical.
What you'll do
- Translate safety policies and legal requirements into clear product specifications and engineering tasks
- Manage product improvements for in-house moderation systems and proprietary LLM technology
- Lead the lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to implementation
- Establish dashboards and QA processes to monitor safety measures and identify emerging issues
- Conduct red teaming and adversarial testing to validate moderation system responses
- Run Trust & Safety reviews for new features and material changes to existing models
- Coordinate product and engineering responses to significant safety incidents
What you'll need
- Experience making data-driven product decisions aligned with legal and ethical standards
- Understanding of content moderation strategies including automation and human review
- Background in implementing trust and safety requirements for consumer-facing products
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with engineering, legal, and support teams
- Comfortable using and experimenting with AI tools independently
- Ability to manage third-party partnerships and technical integrations autonomously
- Comfortable working with uncensored models and NSFW content
Nice to have
- Previous education in law or compliance
- Professional experience or strong interest in AI technologies
- Experience with consumer-facing features in entertainment or gaming industries
