Join EverAI as a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the delivery of compliance and safety features across our platforms. You will translate legal requirements and user feedback into actionable product specifications, working closely with the CTO and Legal & Safety Lead.
The role focuses on improving proprietary moderation technology, managing third-party integrations, and establishing robust testing protocols. You will help identify risks early and build safeguards into new features while supporting a global user base.
What you'll do
- Translate safety policies and legal requirements into clear product criteria
- Drive initiatives from problem definition through implementation and launch
- Own product improvements for in-house moderation systems like EverGuard
- Manage lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships and integrations
- Establish dashboards and QA processes to monitor safety performance
- Lead red teaming and adversarial testing for moderation systems
- Conduct Trust & Safety reviews for new features and model changes
- Coordinate product response to significant safety incidents
What you'll need
- Experience making data-driven product decisions aligned with legal standards
- Proficiency in running A/B tests and analyzing product metrics
- Understanding of content moderation strategies and AI guardrails
- Background working with trust, safety, and compliance requirements
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with engineering and legal
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and experimenting with new techniques
- Ability to manage third-party tool discussions and integrations
- Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and NSFW content
Nice to have
- Previous education in law or compliance
- Professional experience or strong interest in AI technologies
- Experience with consumer-facing features in entertainment or gaming
