Join the Marketing team at Chromatic to produce technical assets that help engineering teams understand and adopt our UI testing platform. You will collaborate with Sales, Developer Experience, and Product teams to support how developers evaluate and use Chromatic and Storybook.
The position emphasizes execution, requiring you to build actionable, developer-centric content that powers marketing campaigns and sales enablement efforts.
What you'll do
- Write technical blog posts, tutorials, and guides for engineers
- Create comparison pages and case studies against alternatives
- Develop copy and logic for interactive assets like quizzes
- Build onboarding assets such as chat flows and email campaigns
- Host live webinars and workshops to nurture developer adoption
- Produce technical sales enablement materials including demos
- Gather field feedback to inform GTM and Product strategies
- Define product positioning and messaging for new launches
What you'll need
- Five or more years of product marketing experience for developers
- Deep understanding of technical developer marketing concepts
- Ability to communicate competently with developer audiences
- Proven success in creating assets that generate pipeline
- Experience building trust within developer communities
- Focus on long-term meaningful engagement over shortcuts
Nice to have
- Background in frontend engineering or developer testing tools
- Web development skills using JavaScript, TypeScript, or React
- Experience impacting product adoption and revenue at a startup
- History of working effectively in distributed remote teams
- Ability to build and implement interactive landing pages
