We are seeking a driven BI Analyst to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for various business functions. You will partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and build production-grade analytical solutions that improve productivity and customer experience.
The role requires strong expertise in Tableau dashboard development and administration, alongside hands-on experience in SQL and Python. You will work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data reliability and contribute to best practices in reporting and data visualization.
What you'll do
- Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into analytical solutions
- Design and maintain production-grade dashboards and reports in Tableau
- Write production-level SQL and Python for analytics and data transformation
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable and structured data sources
- Improve reporting standards, data definitions, and analytical best practices
- Manage priorities across multiple requests aligned with company goals
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Economics or similar
- 2-5 years of experience in data, BI, or analytics roles
- Strong hands-on experience writing production-level SQL
- Proficiency in Python for analysis and data processing
- Expertise in Tableau including dashboarding and administration
- Ability to turn business questions into structured, actionable analysis
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
