You will identify opportunities to improve internal efficiency by building AI solutions from concept to production. The role requires owning end-to-end execution, designing intelligent automations, and integrating them into existing business workflows. You will work closely with various departments to solve ambiguous problems and deliver impactful tools.
What you'll do
- Build AI-powered internal tools from concept to production
- Identify areas where AI can improve internal workflows
- Design and implement intelligent automations and integrations
- Translate business needs into practical technical solutions
- Collaborate with teams to understand operational problems
- Own execution from idea generation to deployment
What you'll need
- Experience in backend, full-stack, or platform development
- Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of shipping production software
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical staff
Nice to have
- Experience with APIs and database management
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure
- Background in AI integrations or automation systems
How you'll work
- Small, senior, hands-on team structure
- Engineers own features from design to monitoring
- Code and design reviews for meaningful changes
- Virtual meetings and/or onsite interviews
