ActAI is developing proactive, AI-native applications designed to organize daily life and work with minimal prompting. As a Product Owner for Internal Systems, you will identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and decision-making by building intelligent tools that automate repetitive processes across the company.
What you'll do
- Build AI-powered internal tools from concept to production
- Identify areas where AI can improve internal workflows
- Design and implement intelligent automations and integrations
- Translate business needs into practical product solutions
- Collaborate with teams to understand problems and deliver solutions
- Own end-to-end execution from idea generation to deployment
What you'll need
- Experience with backend, full-stack, or platform development
- Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills
- Experience building and shipping production software or AI apps
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems with strong ownership
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams
Nice to have
- Experience with APIs and databases
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure
- Background in AI integrations

Hiring process
