You will own specific product areas within BJAK's AI Finance ecosystem, covering insurance, payments, savings, or investing. Your focus will be on translating complex financial concepts into simple user journeys while working closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams.
The ideal candidate is a builder who prioritizes user problems over feature lists and drives execution with limited guidance. You will define success metrics, manage trade-offs between speed and compliance, and iterate based on data and post-launch feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions continuously
- Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or similar role
- Strong product sense with ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Fluent English communication for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- History of working as a founder or growth operator
