Join Doit as a Technical Product Owner within the AI Finance team. You will define product direction, manage roadmaps, and simplify complex financial workflows into user-friendly experiences. This position focuses on building next-generation tools that make finance accessible and safe.
You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams to ship features rapidly. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, makes decisions with incomplete information, and prioritizes execution over documentation.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance post-release
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, feedback, and experiments
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Strong English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
