The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, making decisions with incomplete information and prioritizing execution over documentation. You will own specific product areas within the AI Finance ecosystem, ensuring solutions are smart, accessible, and safe for users.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar leadership role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with technical teams
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with ability to work independently
- Fluent English communication for global team coordination
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
