Join BJAK, a leading insurance and fintech platform in Southeast Asia, as a Technical Product Owner focused on AI Investing. You will own specific product areas, translating complex financial concepts into simple user journeys while working closely with engineering and design teams.
This position suits builders who prioritize execution over documentation and thrive in fast-paced environments. You will drive product decisions using data and user feedback, ensuring rapid launches and continuous improvement post-release.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to refine product decisions and features
- Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Track record of shipping quickly and learning after launch
