You will own specific product areas within BJAK's AI Neobank, covering services such as insurance, payments, savings, and investing. Your focus will be on translating complex financial concepts into simple user journeys while working closely with design and engineering teams.
The team values builders who prioritize user problems over feature lists and can drive execution with limited guidance. You will define roadmaps, set success metrics, and iterate on products based on data and user feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch data
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to work with minimal guidance
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
