You will own specific product areas within BJAK's AI Neobank, covering services such as insurance, payments, savings, and investing. Your focus will be on translating complex financial requirements into simple customer journeys while collaborating closely with design and engineering teams.
The team values builders who prioritize user problems over feature lists and can make decisions with incomplete information. You will drive execution from definition through launch and post-release iteration.
What you'll do
- Define product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Transform complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to refine product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, user experience, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor feature performance and drive continuous improvements
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or similar
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and define product direction
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineering teams
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
