You will own specific product areas within BJAK's AI Neobank, covering services such as insurance, payments, savings, and investing. Your focus will be on translating complex financial concepts into simple customer journeys while collaborating closely with design and engineering teams.
The team values builders who prioritize user problems over feature lists and can make decisions with incomplete information. You will drive execution from definition to launch, using data and feedback to iterate on products after release.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance requirements
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
