You will own product areas within BJAK's AI Stockbroking platform, focusing on simplifying complex financial products into usable customer journeys. Working closely with engineering, design, and data teams, you will define roadmaps, launch features, and drive iterations based on user feedback and metrics.
The team aims to help users plan, save, and grow their money through accessible digital solutions. You will make trade-offs between speed, compliance, and user experience while ensuring high ownership of your product scope.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Monitor feature performance and drive continuous iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
