You will own specific product areas within BJAK's AI Stockbroking platform, focusing on simplifying complex financial products into usable customer journeys. Working closely with engineering, design, and data teams, you will define roadmaps, launch features, and drive iterations based on user feedback and metrics.
The company aims to help people in Southeast Asia manage their money better through insurance, investing, and savings tools. This role requires high ownership and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information while shipping real products quickly.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping products with engineering teams
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
