You will own specific product areas within BJAK's AI Stockbroking platform, focusing on simplifying complex financial services into usable customer journeys. Working closely with engineering, design, and data teams, you will define roadmaps, launch features, and drive iterations based on user feedback and performance metrics.
The ideal candidate is a builder who prioritizes user problems over feature lists and can make decisions with incomplete information. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from scope definition to post-launch monitoring, ensuring high ownership and rapid execution.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions and iterations
- Launch features, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or similar
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in Singapore with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth/product operator experience
