You will own product areas within Doit's AI Stockbroking platform, focusing on insurance, payments, savings, or investing. Your goal is to translate complex financial concepts into simple customer journeys by collaborating closely with engineering, design, and data teams.
This position requires a builder who prioritizes user problems over feature lists and drives execution with limited guidance. You will define roadmaps, launch features, and iterate based on data and feedback to improve the product continuously.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in Indonesia with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Experience as a founder or growth operator
