Join Siena as a resident expert on their Agent of Record platform, which powers customer experience for major consumer brands. You will own a specific product surface, diagnosing agent behavior and translating customer patterns into actionable roadmap signals for the product team.
This hands-on position serves as a growth path into product management or marketing. You will create enablement materials, run webinars, and manage support queues to understand real-world product usage, all within a small, async-first global team.
What you'll do
- Become the subject matter expert for a defined area of the Siena platform
- Diagnose agent behavior issues related to product, configuration, or setup
- Translate customer feedback patterns into prioritized signals for the product roadmap
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and live-chat support materials
- Conduct webinars and product demos to assist the sales team
- Handle support tickets for your product surface to gather direct usage insights
What you'll need
- Background in support or customer success with a history of influencing product changes
- Ability to transform unclear documents into useful, clear resources
- Skill in distinguishing bugs from expected behavior and identifying broader patterns
- Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive mindset that goes beyond job description to champion improvements
Nice to have
- Experience in social media or community management
- Background in high-volume customer experience operations
- Conceptual knowledge of APIs, Shopify themes, or prompt engineering
- Previous experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands
