Join AlphaLife Sciences as a Product Specialist supporting AuroraPrime, an AI-enabled SaaS platform for clinical research. You will configure applications, train users, and manage customer projects to accelerate drug development processes.
The team leverages Generative AI and Large Language Models to help global pharmaceutical companies improve operational efficiency and automate clinical trials.
What you'll do
- Configure applications including workflows, document types, and AI prompts
- Train users and administrators on product features and usage
- Manage customer projects to ensure delivery within scope and timeline
- Provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients
- Support pre-sales activities such as demos and solution proposals
- Analyze and deploy new product features in production environments
- Maintain production and sandbox environments for stability
- Create regular and ad hoc reports for customer insights
What you'll need
- Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions
- 1-5 years in product specialist, customer success, or consulting roles
- Ability to understand client requirements and articulate solutions
- Strong skills in managing customer expectations and needs
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to switch tasks quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
Nice to have
- Understanding of life sciences drug development processes
- Knowledge of life sciences compliance requirements
- Experience with clinical or regulatory submission software
