You will guide clients through the implementation and configuration of Cyberhaven’s data security solution. Your work includes diagnosing complex technical issues, analyzing logs, and ensuring seamless integration within customer environments.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will deliver technical training and strategic guidance to help users maximize product value. You collaborate closely with internal engineering and support teams to resolve escalations and maintain high service standards.
What you'll do
- Lead implementation and configuration of Cyberhaven solutions for clients
- Diagnose technical issues using log analysis and debugging techniques
- Create customized dataset and policy solutions based on client needs
- Deliver technical training to end users to optimize workflow adoption
- Serve as primary contact for client escalations and status updates
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve system discrepancies
- Provide strategic guidance and best practices to maximize product value
What you'll need
- 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Delivery, or Professional Services
- Experience with Endpoint Security and DLP products like Forcepoint or Symantec
- Hands-on troubleshooting of SaaS-based security and endpoint agent technologies
- Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and data integration techniques
- Understanding of system architecture, network protocols, and Google Cloud Platform
- Practical skills in MacOS (MDM, terminal) and Windows (SCCM, Intune, PowerShell)
- Strong project management abilities to meet strict timelines
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to stakeholders
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience with AI Agent use and creation tools like Claude Code or Glean
- Knowledge of system software design including services, drivers, and agents
