You will own the curriculum and learning design for Anyone AI’s fellowship program, ensuring it aligns with current industry developments and market demands. Your responsibilities include maintaining high quality across all learning materials and building a strong network of instructors through sourcing, interviewing, and calibration.
What you'll do
- Own the fellowship syllabus, learning objectives, and module sequencing
- Oversee the creation of slides, exercises, projects, and supporting materials
- Ensure curriculum reflects current AI industry practices and hiring trends
- Set quality standards for all learning materials and program experiences
- Source, interview, and calibrate instructors to maintain delivery standards
- Partner with operations to support logistics without diluting learning quality
What you'll need
- PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related STEM field, or equivalent expertise
- Proven hands-on experience with AI/ML, preferably in industry
- Experience designing technical curricula for fellowships or academies
- Teaching experience in universities, bootcamps, or similar settings
- Experience evaluating technical instructors and maintaining high standards
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
Nice to have
- Applied research experience in AI
- Comfort working in dynamic environments with ambiguity
