You will help scale the Program Management Office by turning existing foundations into a transparent operating model. This includes maintaining real-time visibility into programs and ensuring clear audits of artifacts, compliance, and security.
The role is customer-facing and requires partnering with internal leaders and customer teams. You will represent the PMO across accounts, facilitating knowledge sharing and aligning stakeholders to drive program success.
What you'll do
- Manage daily PMO operations including reporting and customer meetings
- Lead audits for compliance, governance, and information security
- Maintain source of truth in Zoho aligned with other tools
