Join Vultr as a Project Coordinator to help build the technical operating system powering global infrastructure delivery. You will organize complexity, optimize workflows, and ensure the accuracy of technical documentation for hyperscale partnerships.
This highly visible role requires a blend of technical curiosity and operational discipline. You will collaborate with Senior TPMs to track milestones and refine deployment processes in a fast-growing cloud environment.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve the project management environment using Smartsheet and Jira
- Build automated scheduling tools and templates for varying build complexities
- Maintain integrity of Program Requirements Documents and Technical Build Books
- Ensure architecture diagrams and SOPs are version-controlled and up-to-date
- Track critical path milestones to support committed delivery dates
- Translate field experience into standardized global playbooks and workflows
- Maintain the global deployment calendar and organize critical documentation
What you'll need
- 1–3 years in technical operations, deployment coordination, or similar roles
- High proficiency in Smartsheet including formulas and automated workflows
- Ability to create clean, data-driven dashboards and structure sheets effectively
- Understanding of how complex physical projects move from planned to live
- Strong technical curiosity and desire to understand system logic
- Collaborative communication style with focus on clear documentation
- Degree in technical or operations field, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- Exposure to data centers, network infrastructure, or mission-critical builds
- Experience with hyperscale partnerships

How you'll work
- Fully remote position
- $500 stipend for remote office setup in first year
- $400 annual stipend for following years
