You will own the end-to-end delivery of XYZ Reality's Augmented Reality solutions across multiple active construction projects in the US Midwest. Leading a team of Site Engineers and Surveyors, you ensure projects meet quality, safety, and commercial targets while serving as the primary client contact.
This position demands strong leadership in field operations and P&L management. You will drive health and safety standards, manage resource planning, and support business growth through strategic client engagement on mission-critical builds.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of regional project portfolio
- Lead and hire field engineers, surveyors, and graduates
- Serve as primary escalation point for key clients
- Ensure team compliance with health and safety standards
- Own P&L targets at project and portfolio levels
- Conduct site visits, audits, and regular team check-ins
- Review QA reports and troubleshoot field technical issues
What you'll need
- Experience managing multi-site field delivery operations
- Strong skills in hiring and managing dispersed teams
- Understanding of construction workflows and BIM models
- Willingness to travel frequently across US project sites
- Ability to pass background and drug screening checks
- Excellent communication with senior construction stakeholders
- Commercial acumen for account growth and P&L ownership
Nice to have
- Experience with AR, BIM, or digital construction tech
- Knowledge of Primavera P6, Oracle, SAP, or EcoSys
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 H&S management systems
- Project management qualification like PMP or PRINCE2
- Degree in construction or engineering discipline
