Join TransGrid Energy, an affiliate of Hanwha Group, to help expand a robust pipeline of renewable energy assets. You will support senior engineers in delivering utility-scale battery energy storage systems and PV projects, ensuring successful design, commissioning, and operation.
What you'll do
- Review technical documentation, permits, and site studies for design impact
- Manage workflows of third-party Owner’s Engineers and consultants
- Create and maintain drawing packages, bills of materials, and scopes of work
- Coordinate technical needs during design, permitting, and construction phases
- Lead field supervision for testing, commissioning, and plant start-up
- Act as primary contact for equipment vendors and O&M providers
- Prepare bid packages and review technical components of project contracts
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years in utility-scale solar and battery storage
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or equivalent design software
- Experience with photovoltaic performance modeling tools
- Knowledge of National Electric Code, NFPA, and IEEE standards
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
