As a PMO at Trust Wallet, you will act as the connective tissue between Product and Engineering, ensuring complex projects stay on track. You will drive initiatives to completion by managing dependencies, clearing blockers, and maintaining healthy team dynamics through empathetic leadership.
What you'll do
- Translate priorities and align scope between Product and Engineering teams
- Own project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
- Facilitate planning cadences, sprint reviews, and cross-team synchronization meetings
- Identify risks early and escalate issues to drive rapid resolution
- Foster collaboration and maintain healthy team dynamics across departments
- Provide clear status updates and delivery metrics to leadership
- Refine PMO processes and tools to reduce friction and increase shipping speed
What you'll need
- At least 3 years in program management or PMO within tech companies
- Genuine passion for Web3 and understanding of wallet infrastructure trends
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects between Product and Eng
- People-first approach with ability to build trust and maintain relationships
- Results-driven mindset capable of holding teams accountable respectfully
- Technical fluency to understand engineering trade-offs and earn credibility
- Excellent communication skills for aligning stakeholders from engineers to executives
- Highly organized with ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, or Linear
- Experience working in high-growth or scale-up environments
