You will manage the full lifecycle of localization projects, ensuring timely delivery according to customer service level agreements. Your responsibilities include balancing priorities across multiple clients, managing vendor resources, and maintaining strict adherence to production standards.
The team works at the intersection of AI and human verification, providing multilingual services to global enterprises and governments. You will coordinate with linguists, internal stakeholders, and support teams to resolve blockers and maintain high-quality output.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end project workflows and ensure on-time delivery per SLAs
- Balance priorities across various task types and customer accounts
- Identify resource needs and source vendors from existing databases
- Train supporting resources and delegate administrative tasks to interns
- Monitor quality KPIs including review, verification, and linguistic quality
- Conduct risk assessments and escalate issues with proposed solutions
- Process invoicing, payments, and provide revenue forecast insights
- Maintain process documentation and enforce production SOPs
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Master’s preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Localization Project Management
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Experience with Jira for tracking production blockers
