Join a full-service advertising and digital media agency that integrates AI into its marketing operations. You will manage the production lifecycle of campaigns for public-sector, education, and regional clients, ensuring smooth handoffs between strategy, creative, and external partners.
The position focuses on organizing workflows, tracking dependencies, and proactively resolving bottlenecks. You will help structure production processes while supporting the adoption of AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Coordinate projects from approved scope through production, delivery, and closeout
- Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, dependencies, and key deadlines
- Facilitate handoffs between strategy, creative, media, and external vendors
- Review upcoming work to identify missing specs or resource gaps early
- Monitor project budgets, vendor costs, and scope changes affecting profitability
- Document repeatable procedures and implement AI-enabled workflow improvements
What you'll need
- At least three years in agency production, project management, or creative ops
- Experience coordinating creative teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
- Proficiency with tools like Monday, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Teams
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and identify production risks proactively
- Capacity to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues
- Interest in leveraging automation and AI for operational efficiency
