You will serve as the primary link between clients and internal delivery teams, overseeing the full project lifecycle from kickoff to closure. This position requires balancing relationship management with disciplined execution to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from definition to closure
- Serve as primary client contact for concurrent projects
- Define objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Translate client requirements into technical briefs
- Track budgets, risks, and resource allocation
- Facilitate client reviews, UAT, and sign-off processes
- Coordinate with finance on contracts and invoicing
What you'll need
- Fluent oral and written skills in English and French
- Strong expertise in project planning and leadership
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and SCRUM methodologies
- Experience managing change orders and risks
- Ability to negotiate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management software tools
- Strong organizational skills for multiple projects
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or similar certification
- Experience in Media & Entertainment industry
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci)
