As a Project Manager in Production, you will orchestrate complex workflows for LILT’s largest enterprise customers. Your responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle from translation and QA to linguistic sign-off, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and SLAs.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, clarifying requirements and providing status updates. Internally, you will coordinate with engineering and linguistic teams to resolve bottlenecks, manage budgets, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project execution.
What you'll do
- Orchestrate workflows including translation, QA, DTP, and multimedia
- Engage with customers to clarify requirements and provide status updates
- Coordinate with internal engineering and linguistic teams to resolve issues
- Manage project budgets and ensure delivery within pre-defined SLAs
- Identify risks, plan mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary
- Ensure projects meet KPIs for margin, quality, and on-time delivery
- Perform file analysis and monitor linguistic assets like TMs and style guides
- Train supporting resources on key production processes and methodology
What you'll need
- 2-5+ years of experience managing large-scale complex production
- Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers
- Excellent internal communication skills with fast responsiveness
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
- Solid understanding of production workflows for enterprise accounts
