Cubicup is transforming the home renovation landscape by combining interior design with project management. As a Project Planner, you will convert commercial opportunities into concrete projects by understanding client needs and crafting attractive proposals.
You will guide clients through the sales and design process, ensuring their lifestyle and budget criteria are met while coordinating with internal teams to guarantee project viability.
What you'll do
- Manage B2C and B2B opportunities from first contact to final closing
- Analyze client needs, budgets, lifestyles, and decision criteria
- Conduct home visits to assess projects and validate key information
- Prepare and present design and renovation proposals focused on sales
- Guide clients through the commercial process to build trust
- Coordinate with design, operations, and production teams for viability
What you'll need
- Over five years in consultative sales, interior design, or real estate
- Degree in interior design, architecture, or building construction
- Strong commercial orientation with ability to close opportunities
- Aesthetic sensitivity and solid design judgment
- Knowledge of the renovation, construction, or interior design sector
- Experience managing both B2C and B2B clients
- Advanced level of English
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD
