You will develop optimal prompts and context management strategies for large language models within 1mind's enterprise software. The work involves creating agentic workflows, reviewing conversations, and defining how specialized subagents interact during live customer engagements.
The team builds Superhumans, AI teammates that handle sales and support tasks. You will become the internal expert on their dialogue platform, documenting processes and training colleagues while refining AI capabilities through prompting and fine-tuning.
What you'll do
- Design architecture for specialized subagents handling Q&A, discovery, and compliance
- Build routing systems to delegate tasks or escalate to humans when needed
- Define contracts between primary agents and subagents for inputs and outputs
- Master the internal dialogue platform and train team members on prompting
- Enhance AI capabilities using prompting, RAG knowledge bases, and fine-tuning
- Prototype complex data workflows using AI-assisted coding tools
- Develop multi-media prompting strategies involving images and video
What you'll need
- 3-5 years of experience in AI, LLMs, NLP, or conversation design
- Exceptional communication skills for creating clear documentation and slides
- Mastery of LLM prompting with OpenAI and Anthropic models via APIs
- Proficiency in quick prototyping and interacting with APIs
- Experience working specifically with conversational LLM outputs
