Join NTT DATA as a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1). You will deliver professional remote technical support, identifying and resolving technical incidents to ensure service level agreements are met. The team focuses on restoring client services through effective incident management and proactive problem resolution.
What you'll do
- Provide remote technical support to resolve client incidents
- Diagnose problems using service assurance software and tools
- Prioritize and escalate unresolved incidents according to procedure
- Maintain accurate configuration records for infrastructure items
- Monitor service delivery against agreed service level agreements
- Document and close resolved incidents in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with vendors and colleagues to expedite resolutions
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computing, or related field
- Associate level networking certification (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA)
- Entry-level experience in routing, switching, and wireless tech
- Experience providing remote technical support to clients
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs
- Strong communication skills across diverse cultural groups
- Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or RiverBed technologies
