Join Varicent as a QA Analyst supporting the quality and reliability of the Incentives application. You will validate new features, test API responses, and ensure system performance under the guidance of senior staff. This position focuses on identifying issues and contributing to process improvements for a global SPM market leader.
What you'll do
- Perform manual testing to validate new features and bug fixes
- Validate API responses and test database interactions
- Identify, document, and prioritize bugs in JIRA
- Re-test fixed defects and execute regression testing
- Conduct happy path and negative tests based on requirements
- Collaborate with peers to analyze technical problems
- Suggest improvements to refine QA processes
What you'll need
- 0–2 years of professional experience
- Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies
- Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA or Postman
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and database testing
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- B2 level English or higher proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
