You will join a team building a leading personal finance platform, ensuring quality across web, mobile, and API interfaces. A key part of the role is validating AI-powered components where standard deterministic testing methods do not apply.
The position requires distinguishing between testing software with exact answers and evaluating probabilistic AI outputs. You will work in a global environment with hours aligned to the LATAM time zone.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute test cases for AI components and traditional features
- Analyze AI model behavior, prompt outputs, and edge-case scenarios
- Convert business requirements into comprehensive test plans and scripts
- Perform manual feature testing across platforms and verify bug fixes
- Document unexpected AI responses, hallucinations, and performance issues
- Develop QA practices for emerging AI frameworks and share best practices
- Become a subject matter expert in core systems and business processes
- Partner with functional teams and engineers in a global setting
What you'll need
- 5–7 years of experience in software testing for web, mobile, and API
- Hands-on production experience with Playwright is mandatory
- Experience testing AI/LLM products for accuracy and safety
- Understanding of eval-based versus deterministic testing methods
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android development lifecycles
- Proven experience in integration, regression, and performance testing
- Proficiency with browser DevTools and log monitoring
- Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Experience with test management systems
Nice to have
- Experience with HTML proxy tools like Charles Proxy or Fiddler
- Knowledge of Xcode logs and ADB logs
- Background in financial services or fintech domain
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
