Join the Connect team at Mangomint, where you will ensure the reliability of critical communication channels like voice calls, SMS, and chat. You will work closely with engineers and product managers to design test strategies, execute manual checks, and build automated tests that protect user experience across mobile devices.
What you'll do
- Manually test new features on various iOS and Android devices before release
- Execute regular regression testing on mobile platforms to prevent customer-facing issues
- Design and implement automated synthetic tests for voice call and SMS workflows
- Develop comprehensive test plans for new features and cross-team initiatives
- Analyze and report on quality metrics and bug trends to guide investment decisions
- Reduce manual verification workload for engineering and product teams
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to maintain high quality standards
What you'll need
- At least three years of experience testing mobile applications on iOS or Android
- Proven ability to own test strategy for complex software systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for identifying root causes
- Self-driven approach to problem-solving with a sense of agency
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with non-QA stakeholders
- Practical experience using AI tools for efficient test design and automation
- Ability to interpret and present data on quality trends effectively
