You will safeguard the accuracy of ShiftKey's credentialing process by auditing reviews completed by internal teams and third-party vendors. Your work ensures that healthcare professionals' credentials are validated correctly and entered accurately into company systems.
Beyond error detection, you will produce weekly reports on trends and partner with team leads to guide coaching and process improvements. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data findings into actionable insights.
What you'll do
- Audit samples of credential reviews from operations teams and external vendors
- Verify correct validation and accurate data entry for professional credentials
- Produce weekly reports highlighting recurring errors and emerging trends
- Partner with managers to interpret team performance and guide coaching
- Recommend improvements to processes and training materials for regional leads
- Assist in training new hires and handling special audit projects
What you'll need
- Two years of experience planning and conducting quality audits
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data patterns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data organization
- Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable stories
