You will design and own shared automation frameworks used by engineering teams across web, mobile, and backend services. Your work involves building infrastructure for automated suites, including flaky-test detection, and developing platforms for test environment provisioning and data management.
Partner with engineering teams to raise coverage and testing maturity by embedding quality practices into the development workflow. You will define quality standards, provide observability metrics, and maintain documentation to help engineers write effective automated tests.
What you'll do
- Design and own shared automation frameworks for web, mobile, and backend services
- Build infrastructure for reliable automated suites and flaky-test detection
- Partner with teams to embed quality practices into development workflows
- Develop platforms for test environment provisioning and data management
- Define quality standards and provide observability on coverage and pass rates
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in frontend, backend, or platform engineering with testing focus
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js with experience architecting test frameworks
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure like Kubernetes and AWS
- Familiarity with API, integration, and end-to-end testing for web and mobile
- Strong communication skills to influence testing practices across teams
