Join Chartis as a Real Time Eligibility Analyst to help transform US healthcare operations. You will assess eligibility configurations, resolve high-volume payer issues, and develop strategies to improve claim routing and patient experience. This is a remote contract position focused on immediate impact and knowledge transfer.
What you'll do
- Assess current RTE configuration, errors, and workflows to create a prioritized roadmap
- Review payer and plan structures, including mapping, synonyms, and maintenance needs
- Analyze generic coverage utilization to address configuration and education gaps
- Conduct major payer reviews focusing on benefit filing behavior and plan mapping
- Optimize coverage auto-creation and Medicare replacement chaining processes
- Partner with Patient Access to develop registration guidance and standard workflows
- Establish monitoring and documentation to ensure internal team sustainment
What you'll need
- Must hold active Real Time Eligibility (RTE) certification
- Proven experience in active RTE-type roles
- Ability to assess complex payer configurations and workflow issues
- Experience developing roadmaps based on volume and impact
- Strong skills in documentation and knowledge transfer
Nice to have
- Cadence or Prelude certification
- Experience with Tapestry integration
- Familiarity with HB and PB priority payers
