You will manage construction delivery for a portfolio of three to five data center sites simultaneously. Acting as the link between site teams and leadership, you ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
The position focuses on high-density compute fit-outs, including liquid cooling integration. You serve as the primary escalation point for risks and coordinate closely with design, commissioning, and safety teams.
What you'll do
- Manage 3–5 concurrent data center construction sites
- Oversee landlord shell acceptance and tenant fit-out
- Serve as escalation point for schedule and cost risks
- Coordinate safety program execution with EHS managers
- Enforce design approval gates before construction starts
- Ensure clean handoff to commissioning and testing teams
- Represent construction interests in lease delivery terms
- Report portfolio status and resourcing needs to leadership
What you'll need
- 8+ years in data center or industrial construction management
- Experience with multi-site or regional oversight
- Fluency in MEP systems and commissioning sequencing
- Knowledge of high-density compute fit-out trades
- Track record managing general contractors and trade partners
- Strong command of schedule and cost tracking tools
- Ability to travel frequently across a multi-state portfolio

- Owner’s-representative construction experience
- Hyperscaler or neocloud tenant-side experience
