Experienced US RNs evaluate AI agent outputs to ensure clinical correctness and patient safety. You will work asynchronously on a dedicated platform, grading responses against strict rubrics to help refine health guidance models.
What you'll do
- Score AI responses using a pre-defined rubric consistently
- Identify unsafe advice or missed red flags in content
- Assess factual correctness and guideline alignment
- Provide written rationale for failed responses
What you'll need
- Active US Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing practice
- Strong knowledge of clinical guidelines and patient safety
- Proven accuracy in clinical documentation or review
- Comfortable using digital review platforms
- Native or near-native written English skills
