Runway is building world models to simulate reality, merging art and science to solve complex problems in robotics and scientific discovery. As a Research Science Manager, you will guide the Applied ML Research team in developing state-of-the-art machine learning tools for content creation.
This cross-functional position involves collaborating with engineering to transition research into production and working with product teams to ensure projects deliver user value. You will mentor researchers and drive technical strategy aligned with business objectives.
What you'll do

- Deep interest in productionizing state-of-the-art ML research
- Ability to inspire teams and drive project execution
