Handshake AI is expanding its data operations by partnering with frontier AI labs to create evaluations and benchmarks. As a Resume Reviewer, you will assess large volumes of applications to ensure candidates align with client needs and project requirements. You will work independently to maintain accuracy while meeting strict daily throughput targets.
What you'll do
- Evaluate high volumes of resumes daily against specific project criteria
- Assess candidate qualifications and fit for client opportunities
- Make quick, confident judgments on candidate suitability
- Maintain accuracy while working at a fast pace
- Meet daily review targets and turnaround time expectations
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of hands-on sourcing or recruiting experience
- Proficiency with Google Suite tools like Sheets and Docs
- Ability to work efficiently against strict daily targets
- Strong attention to detail under pressure
- Capacity to make informed decisions quickly without over-deliberating
Nice to have
- Experience screening candidates in high-volume staffing environments
- Background hiring across diverse industries and functional roles
- Proven ability to identify and recommend process improvements
