Join Stedi's Revenue Systems & Operations team to own the technical systems defining the customer journey. You will collaborate with GTM, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to build closed-loop solutions for verification, provisioning, contracting, and billing.
The goal is to create scalable, automated infrastructure that supports rapid product launches and customer expansion. You will identify operational gaps, design efficient workflows, and implement tools that reduce manual toil while ensuring accurate revenue recognition.
What you'll do
- Own systems for customer verification, provisioning, and access management
- Build and maintain billing systems for complex pricing structures
- Ensure new products are sellable at launch with correct entitlements
- Design workflows syncing billing, contracts, and customer communication
- Partner with Engineering to define internal and customer-facing tooling
- Automate manual processes to scale operations without adding headcount
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses on pricing, packaging, and product usage
What you'll need
- 2+ years in revenue operations, GTM engineering, or business systems
- Ability to write SQL and understand APIs and data models
- Experience shipping scripts, automations, or internal tools
- Comfort configuring and connecting billing, CRM, or contract systems
- Understanding of SaaS billing concepts like usage-based pricing
- Focus on designing workflows that surface problems early
- Ability to identify and fix root causes of operational issues
- Proficiency using AI tools to enhance workflow speed and quality
- Strong written communication skills for cross-team alignment
