Join Emergence, a US-based private equity firm, as part of the GTM Center of Excellence. You will standardize and automate sales infrastructure for acquired companies, turning disparate systems into a connected, efficient stack that accelerates onboarding for future additions.
What you'll do
- Ingest, clean, deduplicate, and route data into centralized CRM systems
- Configure CRM fields, pipelines, permissions, and marketing automation tools
- Integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, MCPs, cron jobs, and virtual machines
- Manage authentication, rate limits, and resolve synchronization issues
- Map business processes and document builds as reusable playbooks
What you'll need
- At least five years of experience in RevOps or GTM engineering
- Deep expertise in Salesforce or HubSpot configuration and management
- Proficiency with Python and SQL for code maintenance and debugging
- Experience using AI coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor daily
- Hands-on knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and fixing broken data syncs
Nice to have
- Experience designing and running end-to-end outbound sales sequences
- Background deploying identical systems across multiple business units
- Knowledge of contact enrichment and data sourcing tradeoffs
- Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows
