What you'll do
- Design and ship complex features with a focus on performance
- Benchmark systems to ensure scalability and efficiency
- Own the full development lifecycle from concept to deployment
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to iterate quickly
- Incorporate feedback into rapid development cycles
What you'll need
- Significant experience building distributed systems in Rust
- Deep knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem and EVM
- Familiarity with Execution Layer and consensus mechanisms
- Hands-on experience with reth and the Ethereum stack
- Ability to work independently and solve ambiguous problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
