Join the Sales Engineering team at Blackpoint Cyber to provide technical expertise for cybersecurity solutions across Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate with partners to demonstrate product value, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen security postures for commercial customers.
What you'll do
- Act as the ANZ subject matter expert for cybersecurity products and competitive positioning
- Lead technical demos and trials to uncover customer pain points and advance deals
- Present webinars and educate partners on capabilities and differentiators
- Apply knowledge of security frameworks and privacy laws to meet compliance goals
- Provide customer insights to Product and Engineering teams for roadmap alignment
- Collaborate with internal teams to bridge technical gaps for customers
What you'll need
- 4+ years in Sales Engineering or client-facing technical roles in ANZ
- Experience with endpoint security, network design, and Microsoft 365/Azure
- Strong familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, ACSC Essential Eight, and local privacy laws
- Experience working with SaaS platforms and Managed Service Providers
- Excellent presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Based in Australia or New Zealand with full working rights
- Willingness to travel 30-40% across the region including trans-Tasman trips
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot
