As a Healthcare Sales Engineer for the Provider domain, you will help health systems leverage AI and automation to improve operational performance. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to reduce administrative burden and enhance patient experiences through Agentic Automation.
You will partner with account teams to align solutions with organizational priorities and conduct discovery workshops. Your work will involve designing demonstrations and architecting solutions that integrate AI agents, robots, and enterprise systems.
What you'll do
- Advise healthcare providers on improving outcomes via Agentic Automation
- Evangelize the value of AI agents and process intelligence
- Partner with account teams to define customer strategies
- Conduct discovery workshops to understand workflows and challenges
- Design and deliver demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements
- Architect solutions using AI, automation, and document understanding
- Support technical evaluations regarding security and scalability
- Represent UiPath at industry events and executive briefings
What you'll need
- Deep expertise in Healthcare Provider operations
- Experience with revenue cycle management and patient access
- Knowledge of clinical documentation and health information management
- Ability to connect operational challenges with AI solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems
- Experience leading consultative discovery conversations
- Clear communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Background in sales engineering or solution architecture
Nice to have
- Experience with common system integrations in healthcare
- Work history with large health systems or academic medical centers
