You will work within a small, collaborative team to support business-critical platforms, focusing on both day-to-day operations and key strategic initiatives like platform migrations and portal enhancements.

What you'll do

  • Develop and configure functionality across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
  • Design and build Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and custom workflows
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce, external APIs, and third-party tools
  • Lead evaluation and testing for telephony migration from Talkdesk to Genesys
  • Support Experience Cloud portal initiatives and user experience improvements
  • Translate business requirements into technical tasks and manage Jira tickets

What you'll need

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative automation
  • Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud)
  • Strong track record integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and APIs
  • Ability to decide between standard configuration and custom development
  • Self-directed worker comfortable in distributed teams and using Jira

Nice to have

  • Experience with CTI/telephony platforms like Talkdesk or Genesys
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Zapier, or HiTouch
  • Knowledge of integrated messaging tools such as SMS or chat
